GradSponsor is built by a small team of friends from university who lived the struggle of finding UK jobs with real visa sponsorship — and decided to fix it.
The problem we hit
We were international students looking for graduate roles in the UK. We'd spend hours scrolling through Indeed and LinkedIn, opening each listing to check the small print, and watching deadlines slip past. After enough applications met silence — or worse, a polite "sorry, we don't sponsor visas" reply weeks later — it became clear the job boards weren't built for people like us.
What we built
GradSponsor is the tool we wished we'd had. Every listing here has been cross-checked against the UK Home Office sponsor licence register and scanned against the employer's own job ad for phrases that explicitly rule out sponsorship. Listings that fail either check are filtered out before they reach the public feed.
We focus on roles that mention real sponsorship signals — Skilled Worker visa, certificate of sponsorship, visa sponsorship, sponsor licence, and international applicants welcome — across Care, Tech and Business sectors.
What we don't do
GradSponsor doesn't guarantee that every employer will sponsor every applicant — sponsorship decisions depend on the role, the candidate, the salary and the employer's appetite at the time of application. What we do is give you a much shorter, much higher- quality shortlist so you can spend your time on roles that have a realistic chance.
